Charles Jenkins


Charles Jenkins is the Pastor of the historic Fellowship Missionary Baptist Church of Chicago, a ministry of more than 3,000 members. Pastor Jenkins is also the founding President/CEO of Fellowship Educational and Economic Development Corporation (FEED), a 501c3 that focus on education, job creation and urban development in Chicago’s inner-city neighborhoods.

Under his record label, Inspired People Music, Charles Jenkins is an award winning songwriter, 9 time Stellar award winner, recording artist and music producer, with 2 #1 albums on Billboard charts (The Best of Both Worlds and Any Given Sunday) as well as 2 hit singles (Awesome and War).

Pastor Jenkins is a graduate of Moody Bible Institute and Trinity Evangelical Divinity School. He has received countless awards and citations including the induction into the Martin Luther King, Jr Board of Preachers and Scholars at Morehouse College, the Black Enterprise Magazine’s Urban Business Game Changers under 40, recipient of the Gift of Hope’s highest honor, as well as the Lifesaving Partner Award for leading thousands of African Americans to become organ donors in Illinois.

Pastor Jenkins has been married to Dr. Tara Rawls Jenkins for 20 years. They are the proud parents of 3 beautiful children Princess, Paris and Charles III.
